This book is a textbook for the core general education curriculum for international students. The content is in Chinese as a discipline related to architecture, comprising 15 lessons divided into main texts and supplementary texts: the main texts are in dialogue format, emphasizing the development of listening and speaking conversational skills; the supplementary texts are in written form, emphasizing the improvement of reading comprehension skills. The book is organized into three sections: "Part One" covers basic knowledge, focusing on key concepts through teacher-student discussions to solidify students' understanding and mastery of the essential points; "Part Two" presents field studies, using interactive case studies to deepen the understanding of architectural culture from the perspective of contemporary architectural development; and "Part Three" covers internship experiences, selecting social scenarios relevant to graduation internships and showcasing more concrete interpersonal and practical work experiences through real texts. The three sections, from theory to practice, are both relatively independent and interconnected.
